Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepares client report, operational risk assessment compiling and analyzing account information and banks reports
  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information, creates clients reporting on daily/weekly and monthly basis
  • Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
  • Supports clients answering questions related to financial reports
  • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
  • Secures financial information by completing data base backups
  • Maintains financial security and risk by following internal controls

Qualifications and further requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Business, Finance or related area
  • Excellent computer skills including Excel and MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Self motivated
  • Fluent English additional languages will be considered an advantage

We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Account Manager and Risk and Underwriting Officer.

Account Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establishes productive, professional relationship with the key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Account ownership and growth
  • Coordinates strategically the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations
  • Responsible for supporting the sales team and owning key facets of the key client relationship with the clients
  • Liaising with our partners and presenting new clients and supporting the account holders from the first contact with the sales team until the client starts processing
  • The candidate should be a team player and achieve all goals together with the rest of the team.
  • Analyze figures, volume on a daily basis /weekly and monthly.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
  • Act as a first contact person for the clients and the processing banks for the related accounts.
  • The candidate should be able to identify new leads and business opportunities and generate new sales leads.

Qualifications and further requirements:

  • A degree from an accredited institution or equal experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the payment, financial or similar industry
  • PC proficiency
  • This positions requires frequent travel
  • Excellent communication skills and time management.
  • An additional language to English is an advantage.

 

Risk and Underwriting Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • The working process involves reviewing of application forms, underwriting and compliance. Furthermore, calculation of risk and implementation of risk measures in the back office and live monitoring. Analysis of merchant and overall portfolio.
  • Responsible for supporting the sales team and owning key facets of the key client relationship with the clients of the company.
  • Work closely with client, technical team and sales team in the implementation of strategies which payment options to use.
  • Communication with merchants, partners and internal divisions.
  • Operate within current process and procedural guidelines as well as offer new ideas to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Application of correct procedures and adherence to service standards to ensure compliance to state and regulatory, corporate, and operational requirements are met.
  • Develop and implement operational risk policies and procedures
  • The candidate should be a team player and achieve all goals together with the rest of the team.

 

Qualifications and further requirements:

  • Minimum BA in Mathematic, Accounting or similar
  • Minimum 2 years working experience
  • PC proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills and time management
  • Experience in operational risk identification, assessment and monitoring will be considered an advantage
  • Immediate availability
